Scientists Identify Compound That Could Prevent Acute Blood Cancer Relapse

A compound that could be used as a novel treatment to prevent relapse in acute myeloid leukemia patients has been discovered by scientists. In a study published in iScience Translational Medicine/i, they show that this compound reduces the risk of relapse in a mouse model of the human disease.
