Breast Pain Issue For One In Three Female Marathon Runners

Pain more common among larger breasted women but sports bras don't always help One in three female marathon runners is likely to suffer breast pain (mastalgia) during the course of the event, suggests research published online in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.
