Texting Affects Tween's Grammar Skills



Even though texting offer tweens a quick means to send notes to friends and family it is blamed for poor language and grammar skills. Drew Cingel from Northwestern University said that tweens who frequently use language adaptations - techspeak - when they text, performed poorly on a grammar test.
