Researchers Explore Using Text Message To Promote Teen Health

Researchers from the University of Arizona are looking at the feasibility of using text messaging to deliver educational information about nutrition and physical activity to teens. According to the Nielsen consumer research group teenagers spend a lot of time texting, receiving an average of 3,417 texts a month, or 114 per day.
