Learning English may Fill Up the Pockets of Softbank Employees

Softbank employees have an additional incentive to learn English after the Japanese mobile carrier, which has recently taken over US based Sprint Nextel, revealed that it will be offering an incentive of 1 million yen for its employees to master English. The firm said Friday it is giving the cash reward, worth about (Dollar) 11,200, to workers who get top marks in an English-proficiency test for non-native speakers, known as TOEIC, or Test of English for International Communications. ...
