Tokyo and Singapore has topped the list of world's safest city listed down by The Economist. The Economist's Safe Cities Index looked at 50 cities and ranked them on more than 40 metrics that spanned four main categories i.e. digital security, health security, infrastructure safety and personal safety, the Huffington Post reported.
