Noonan syndrome is a rare genetic disease. It presents with a set of pathologies including heart, facial and skeletal alterations, pulmonary stenosis and short stature. The disease is characterized by a greater incidence of haematological problems (mainly juvenile myeloid leukaemia, or childhood leukaemia).
