Study Finds Deaths of Women Less Likely to be Investigated by Coroner

Ex-Detective Chief Superintendent Max Mclean, who is currently a PhD researcher at University of Huddersfield, has found disparities between the decisions made by coroners in different districts, with deaths of women seemingly less likely to be investigated at an inquest, giving fresh boost to government plants to overhaul the coroner system in England and Wales.
