Top Herbalife members contacted by law enforcement agencies: CNBC

An Herbalife product is seen at a clinic in the Mission District in San Francisco Herbalife's shares fell as much as 4.1 percent in early trading on Monday. The identities of the members and what law enforcement asked them is unclear, CNBC said. Herbalife said in an emailed statement that it was cooperating with the authorities' requests for information on its business practices and the trading of its shares. The company did not comment on the CNBC report, but said it had confidence in the integrity of its business practices.
