Focus on Hot Zones to Stop Spread of HIV: UCLA Study

The sub-Saharan Africa and rest of the world has been recently affected adversely by a recent HIV epidemic. Globally, more than 34 million people are infected with HIV; in sub-Saharan Africa alone, 3 million new infections occur annually.
