Small business insurance exchanges seek rebound

In this Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014 photo, DC Brau Brewing Co. chief community and culture officer Mari Rodela, left, and Jason Budman talk in the the canning area of the microbrewery, in Washington, D.C. The district's small business health insurance exchange helped DC Brau offer more than 50 insurance options to its employees starting in September. The shortfall calls into question the future of the exchanges as they begin accepting enrollment for 2015.
