Low Uptake of Colorectal Cancer Screening by African-Americans Highlighted in Study

African Americans' participation in colorectal cancer screening is low, researchers in California have revealed. Furthermore, the use of colonoscopy is infrequent despite similar access to care across races in a Veterans Affairs healthcare system.
