Three Tobacco Makers Facing Lawsuit from South Korea State Insurer

South Korea's state health insurer has filed a lawsuit against three domestic and foreign tobacco makers, it was confirmed on Monday. The suit seeks damages of 53.7 billion won ( (Dollar) 51.6 million) for payouts over smoking-related illnesses.
