WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Inc on Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to prevent an appeals court ruling from going into effect while the justices consider the company's appeal in a patent fight over top-selling multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone.
