Study Confirms US, Spain Lose Appeal for Latin Americans

A new study says that weak economies are dimming the appeal of the United States and Spain for Latin Americans seeking to work abroad. Instead, more and more are looking to countries such as Canada, Japan, South Korea and Australia, according to the study by the Organization of American States.
